Sales Manager USA

Westcoast or Eastcoast at our US Subsidiary

 

Here are a few key areas of responsibility:

  • search, identify and acquire partners with showrooms for kitchen cabinetry to build up a dealer network of exclusive kitchen cabinet studios 
  • represent the brand Hacker with its values and increase the brand awareness via partner showrooms and further marketing activities
  • implement onboarding strategies, via product and sales training, showroom design and by developing effective procedures
  • create and roll-out acquisition action plans, develop new marketing ideas and build profitable and growth-oriented business relationships
  • nurture existing partnerships within the US 
  • provide product and brand training for designers and architects
  • prepare annual sales forecasts and projected sales targets based on relevant market trends, market potential, competitor analyses and the economic environment of target areas
  • be the first point of contact for your accounts
  • support our partners with a high-level of service
  • observe and analyze competitor’s activity

What you will need to succeed:

  • strive for building up sales of our kitchen cabinets from scratch in the US 
  • brand, service and quality awareness in selling a premium product
  • experience in business development from the ground up, especially in the kitchen cabinet industry 
  • structured way of working based on clear criteria and targets combined with hands-on execution skills
  • willingness to travel within your sales area for a minimum of at least three days per week 
  • experience with German/European companies and kitchen design standards
  • ideally product and design knowledge in kitchen cabinets
